How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during peak summer months (June–August). Weekend slots go fast — book early to secure your preferred date.
What if the weather cancels my event? +
We offer free rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice. Weather cancellations within 24 hours are reviewed case by case — we're always reasonable.
Do I need to provide anything for the guard? +
Your guard brings their own equipment. We ask that you provide a chair or elevated position near the pool edge, shade if possible, and access to water and restrooms.
How many swimmers can one guard watch? +
One guard can effectively supervise up to 25 swimmers (Hourly) or 40 (Half/Full Day). For larger events we can arrange two guards — just let us know when booking.
What areas of Massachusetts do you serve? +
We currently serve Norfolk County and surrounding areas. Reach out with your location and we'll let you know if we can accommodate you — we're expanding!
